Red Stick Concrete Coatings is a referral service for concrete floor coatings in the Baton Rouge area. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or call us, what we do with it, and who it may be shared with.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name and phone number, plus anything else you choose to give us — your email address, ZIP code, project type, and project details. The form also sends the address of the page you submitted it from, the page that referred you to this site (if any), and a call-tracking session identifier (explained below).
When you call: calls to (225) 457-3961 are recorded, and the greeting at the start of the call tells you so. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, the recording, and any voicemail are kept in our call-tracking account.
When you email us: your message and email address.
When you visit any page: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address. Quote form submissions are also recorded in those logs. We use IP addresses to limit repeated form submissions and keep spam out.
Call tracking
Every page on this site loads a script from CallRail, our call-tracking provider. It displays our tracking phone number and sets a cookie so that a visit, a call, and a form submission from the same visitor can be connected. That is how we learn which pages and searches lead people to get in touch. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site and the phone number still work.
This site runs no analytics or advertising scripts. CallRail's is the only third-party script.
How we use it
- To follow up with you about your project.
- To let an independent local installer contact you about your project, when one takes it.
- To understand which pages and searches bring calls and quote requests.
- To keep spam and abuse out of the quote form.
Who we share it with
- An independent local installer. Your project details may be shared with an independent local installer so they can contact you about your project. That installer is a separate business; once you deal with them, their own practices apply.
- The services that run this site and our phone. Vercel (website hosting), CallRail (call tracking, call recording, and quote form delivery), and ImprovMX and Google (email forwarding and the inbox it lands in).
- When the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, call records, and messages for up to 24 months, then delete them.
You can ask us to delete your quote request, call record, or messages at any time by emailing info@redstickconcretecoatings.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
